With Mundo Sumo, Spanish artist Ignacio Cavero brings together Japanese tradition, manga culture, pop energy, digital illustration and sculpture in one bold exhibition.
At the center of the work is the sumo wrestler, taken out of his traditional world and placed into surreal, colorful and unexpected scenes. What first feels strange becomes beautiful. What feels distant becomes close. What feels unfamiliar becomes powerful, human and unforgettable.
Every piece is created by hand with a stylus. No AI. Just vision, technique, discipline and imagination.

Un nuevo universo visual llega a Málaga.
Con Mundo Sumo, el artista español Ignacio Cavero reúne la tradición japonesa, la cultura manga, la energía pop, la ilustración digital y la escultura en una atrevida exposición.
En el centro de la obra está el luchador de sumo, sacado de su mundo tradicional y colocado en escenas surrealistas, coloridas e inesperadas. Lo que primero parece extraño se vuelve hermoso. Lo que parece distante se acerca. Lo que parece desconocido se vuelve poderoso, humano e inolvidable.
Cada pieza se crea a mano con un stylus. Sin IA. Solo visión, técnica, disciplina e imaginación.
