Participation & Compensation: I understand that participation is free to apply and attend if selected. The participation is unpaid, and no financial compensation is provided for my appearance or contribution. You bring your own art supply. Participation does not guarantee sales, exposure, audience growth, or future opportunities.
Liability: I participate at my own risk and am responsible for my materials and personal belongings.
Editorial Control: The Fusion Art Gallery retains full creative and editorial control over all produced content, including editing, selection, and publication. Content may be reused in future formats, episodes, campaigns, or partner productions. I grant The Fusion Art Gallery and The Art Channel the right to film, photograph, edit, and use all content created during my participation for: Social media. Marketing & promotion. Website & digital platforms. TV, streaming, and media productions This right is worldwide, perpetual, and royalty-free.
Commision: I understand that any created artworks sold during or after participation (including through The Fusion Art Gallery, Art Channel, or affiliated platforms) are subject to a 30% gallery commission.
Attendance Commitment: If selected, I commit to attending as agreed. Failure to attend without prior notice may affect future participation.
