Rosalba Arcilla is a contemporary artist based in Zürich, Switzerland, with over twenty five years of experience as a freelance artist. Trained at the Rome University of Fine Arts, she further developed her practice through continued studies in Paris, Rome, and Switzerland. Shaped by curiosity, travel, and ongoing exploration, her visual language reflects a deep engagement with emotion, material, and form.

Working with acrylics, pastels, and mixed media including wax, ink, bitumen, and walnut stain, Arcilla creates layered compositions that balance structure with spontaneity. She has exhibited widely in Switzerland and internationally since 2002, with works held in private and public collections. A member of the Swiss Society of Female Artists in the Visual Arts and featured in the SIKART Lexicon on Art in Switzerland, her practice invites contemplation, personal interpretation, and enduring emotional dialogue.
