This is a participatory movement experience. You don’t watch, you take part. You come, you move, you dance and you feel with us, surrounded by Twiggy’s living art. This evening is part of the solo exhibition experience, created inside the same spiritual art energy of Fragments of a Metamorphosis.

Some nights are not about being ok. Some nights are about being human, and you are invited into one of those nights. We gather inside Twiggy’s solo exhibition, where large-scale paintings trace the journey from fragmentation to becoming, from silence to expression, from the outer landscape to the deepest inner self. In the presence of this art, we move. We feel. We contract. We open.

This is not a workshop and not a performance. It is a guided embodiment experience woven through the gallery space, where breath, movement and emotion become the practice, and the art becomes your witness. Through free movement and moments of raw stillness, you are guided into the full spectrum of what lives inside you tonight: joy, tenderness, grief, desire and aliveness, without needing to fix or explain any of it.

By the end, you don’t leave with answers. You leave feeling more alive, more present and more human.
