If you choose monthly payment, please make sure that your card has sufficient funds and remains valid for the full duration of the agreement.
⚠️ Please note: This payment page is only for artists who have been approved through our selection process. If you have not received an approval confirmation from us, this form should not be used.

What Happens Next
Once your payment is completed and confirmed, you will receive:
1. You’ll receive an onboarding email
Shortly after completing your payment, you will receive an email from us with an Excel onboarding document. This document is used to collect your artist information and the artworks you want to include in the representation.
Please complete the document carefully and send it back to us as soon as possible to keep the timeline on track. Send to coi@thefusionartgallery.com
2. Upload your artwork images
After submitting the document, you will be asked to upload high-quality images of your selected artworks. These images are used for your Artsy profile, TFAG platforms, and marketing material.
3. You’ll be added to the artist mailing group
Once onboarded, you will be added to a dedicated artist email group. This is where we share important updates, information about upcoming physical exhibitions, timelines, and other relevant material.
4. Access to shared marketing material
You will receive a Dropbox link with shared marketing and promotional material. This folder is updated continuously -please save the link for future use.
5. Artsy launch timeline
The Artsy profiles, artworks, and artists will be launched in mid-March. The exact launch date will be communicated closer to the release.
