Fill in your details, select and upload the same number of artworks as your submission fee covers, complete payment details, and finish payment online. Ensure your card is enabled for online purchases. Only the winners will be contacted.
How to Fill in the Submission Form:
1. Enter Your Details: Start by filling in your name, email address, phone number, and the link to your homepage or social media profile.
2. Select Artworks: Choose the number of artworks you wish to have reviewed. Ensure the number of uploads matches the number of artworks you’re paying to submit.
3. Upload Artworks: Upload your artwork images as JPG files. Make sure each file corresponds to one artwork you’re submitting.
4. Complete Your Payment: Fill in the payment section with your details and proceed to finalize the payment using your bank’s system.
5. Check Your Card: Ensure your credit card is enabled for internet and online purchases to avoid any issues with payment completion.

Art Submission Rules for The Fusion Art Gallery April Artist Award
1. Eligibility: The award is open to artists worldwide. All styles and mediums of art are welcome.
2. Multiple Submissions: Artists are encouraged to submit multiple pieces to increase their chances of selection. Each artwork requires a separate submission form and entry fee. Please upload only as many artworks as you have paid submissions for; submitting more than paid for will disqualify your submission.
3. Entry Fee: A non-refundable entry fee of €20 per artwork must accompany each submission. This fee covers the cost of review by our panel of judges.
4. Transportation of Artwork: Winners are solely responsible for the safe transportation of their artwork to and from The Fusion Art Gallery. The gallery will not cover shipping costs or be liable for any damage during transit.
5. Insurance: While all due care will be taken, The Fusion Art Gallery does not provide insurance for artworks. Artists are advised to insure their work during transportation and exhibition.
6. Exhibition Duration: Winning artworks will be displayed for one month. The gallery reserves the right to extend the exhibition period at its discretion.
7. Sales: The Fusion Art Gallery will facilitate the sale of exhibited artworks. A commission rate of 40% will for any sales made during the exhibition.
8. Photography and Reproduction: The gallery reserves the right to photograph artworks and use images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, social media, website content, and press releases.
9. Deadlines: Submissions must be received by the specified deadline. Late entries will not be considered.
10. Judging: All submissions will be reviewed by an esteemed panel of art professionals and collectors. Decisions made by the judges are final.
11. Notification: Winners will be notified via email and announced publicly on the gallery’s website and social media channels.
12. Presentation: Artworks must be ready for display upon arrival. The gallery reserves the right to refuse works that do not meet presentation standards.
