Jamie presents the world of Coastal Calm. Capturing coastal images from around the world to share with you & remind ourselves to pause, take a deep breath and reconnect. She holds a degree in biochemistry and is a certified trauma informed breathwork practitioner and sound healer. Through my teachings and photography I aim to nourish and restore internal imbalances encountered by daily life. Her mission is to infuse breathwork and consciousness modalities by facilitating techniques to release internal blockages and allow the freedom to live a full life of joy, magical moments & authentic self expression.
