We are thrilled to offer another full day dedicated to health, wellness, and enjoyment. Experience a full day of Health and Wellness Workshops, Classes, Yoga, Meditation and Ecstatic Dance in a magical atmosphere at Villa El Martinete. The event is Hosted by SAVG SOUL, Powered by Refix.
Start your day with an inspiring opening circle, where you’ll connect with fellow participants and set your intentions for the day ahead. From there, immerse yourself in a variety of engaging workshops led by teachers, doctors, therapists, and other experts in their field.
Whether you’re interested in exploring the benefits of healthy food, learning breathing techniques, discovering the power of herbal medicine, or practicing yoga and meditation, there’s something for everyone.

TEACHERS
The event will feature several distinguished teachers, including Dr María Pedraz, Maxine Priya, Shannon Emanuelle, Sofi Gibson, Justine Capdevielle, Christine Widdowson, Tania Mather, Simona Westeel, and Masha Malka. Each teacher brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in various aspects of health, wellness, and personal development.
Workshops
Workshops include lectures on bioelectricity, Qigong, massage and reflexology, balancing the water element in the body, and Chinese cupping. Other sessions cover pathways to self-discovery, overcoming addiction, gentle yoga, rebirthing breathwork, and various yoga and Kundalini practices. There will also be a workshop on the science of happiness and wellbeing.
All workshops are included in the entrance ticket, offering a comprehensive experience that promotes health, wellness, and personal growth.
