What Happens Next

Once your payment is completed and confirmed, you will receive:

Practical instructions for shipping, delivery deadlines, framing and the hanging system.
A Dropbox link with official marketing materials for the exhibition. (event visuals, photos, videos, and promotional assets you may use)
A dedicated artist landing page on our website, presenting you and your work.
Your selected artworks listed in our online store for extended visibility beyond the exhibition.

Our team will follow up shortly with all necessary details to ensure a smooth and professional presentation of your work.

SHIPPING & PACKING

All artworks must arrive at our facilities no later than 7 days before the exhibition opens.

Please ensure that:

Your artwork is securely packed in a sturdy, reusable box, suitable for return shipping if needed
The package is clearly labeled with your name
Each artwork includes a ready-to-use hanging system
Framed works are preferred to ensure proper presentation and safe handling
