The Fusion Art Gallery is selecting artists for Fusion Art Calendar 2027, a curated print and digital art project connecting artists with collectors, art lovers and new audiences through a physical calendar, QR discovery, online sales and gallery sales.
THE IDEA
A CALENDAR YOU DON’T THROW AWAY.
12 ARTISTS. 12 MONTHS.
Each curated edition features 12 principal artists, one artist and one artwork for each month.
The printed Calendar connects every artwork back to the artist online through QR, creating a direct route to discover the artist, explore available work and buy online.
THE MONTH ENDS. THE ARTWORK DOESN’T.
The Calendar is designed as an art object and gift. Individual art pages can remain on the wall, be kept, framed or given to someone after the month is finished.
TFAG sells the Calendar online and through The Fusion Art Gallery in Málaga. Participating artists also receive promotional material they can share with collectors, followers, friends and family.
Fees, deadline and artist return
- Participation fee €290 + 21% VAT: reserved on your card when you apply, charged only if you are selected
- Application deadline: 30 September 2026
- Optional upgrades: Front Cover +€100 + 21% VAT, Solo Online Feature +€50 + 21% VAT
- €0.50 returned to you for every physical Calendar sold in your edition

THE OFFER

Your place includes one principal month, QR-linked artist and artwork visibility, shared TFAG promotion, online and gallery Calendar sales, and promotional material for your own audience. One complimentary physical Calendar is included for pickup at TFAG Málaga. Shipping is extra if it needs to be sent.
When you apply, a card reservation is placed for the participation fee of €290 + 21% VAT. The amount is only charged if you are selected, and released automatically if you are not.
Optional upgrades currently planned: Front Cover +€100 + 21% VAT and Solo Online Feature +€50 + 21% VAT.

Calendar Terms & Conditions
Participation fee.
Applying places a card reservation for the participation fee, €290 plus 21% VAT, plus any chosen upgrades: Front Cover +€100 plus 21% VAT and Solo Online Feature +€50 plus 21% VAT. The reserved amount is charged only if the artist is selected, and released automatically otherwise.
The Calendar project.
Payment confirms the artist's selected place in the Fusion Art Calendar 2027 project named in the offer.
What is included.
The artist receives only the items listed in the private offer. Optional upgrades are charged only when marked as included.
Artist material.
The artist supplies accurate images and information by the communicated deadline and confirms that they hold the required rights.
Calendar production.
The Fusion Art Gallery is responsible for the final layout, sequencing, production and presentation of the accepted material.
Image permission.
The artist retains copyright and grants the Gallery a non-exclusive right to use accepted material to produce and promote Fusion Art Calendar 2027.
Offer deadline.
The reserved place is held until the deadline on the private offer. If no answer is received, the offer expires and the place is released.
Confirmation.
Payment confirms acceptance of the offer, these project terms and the Gallery's Terms & Conditions.
These terms remain subject to mandatory rights under applicable law and the final booking agreement.
